Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refund requests and subscription cancellations on the QRPress platform.

1. Free Tier

QRPress offers a free tier with core print queue features at no charge. No payment information is required, and no refunds apply to free-tier usage.

2. Pro Subscription Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Payment is processed through our secure payment partners.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access to Pro features until the cycle ends.

4. Refund Eligibility

• Within 7 days of initial subscription: Full refund upon request.
• After 7 days: No refunds for partial billing periods.
• Account deletion during a billing cycle does not automatically trigger a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@qrpress.in with your account details and reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
