• Shop owner account details: name, mobile number, email, shop name, and location.
• Customer-uploaded documents: PDF, Word, JPG, and PNG files submitted via QR code for printing.
• Usage data: browser type, device information, and page interaction logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to operate the platform: processing print jobs, managing your shop queue, calculating pricing, and communicating account-related notifications.

3. Document Retention & Auto-Deletion

Customer-uploaded print files are stored in encrypted cloud storage and are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours of upload. QRPress does not retain backup copies of customer documents beyond this window.

4. Data Security

All data is transmitted over TLS 1.3 encryption. File storage uses server-side encryption. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to maintain platform operations (e.g., cloud hosting providers under strict data processing agreements).

6. Cookies & Advertising

QRPress uses cookies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. We display advertisements via Google AdSense, which uses cookies to serve relevant ads. You can manage cookie preferences through our cookie consent banner.
